Vermont's Poet Laureate: Ruth Stone

Ruth Stone of Middlebury was named Vermont's newest State Poet Laureate, following Grace Paley's 4 -year term. Kingdom Books has a nice write up about it.

The public ceremony will be held on Thursday, July 26th at 4pm in the House Chamber of the State House in Montpelier.
